Jen Atkinson is an entrepreneur and senior executive with over 20 years’ experience scaling and leading a highly successful luxury leisure travel business. â€‹Track record including building a high-performance leadership team and creating award winning staff engagement and staff happiness initiatives. â€‹

​Took ITC (Inspiring Travel Company) from a turnaround to a sustained double digit growth business resulting in a successful BIMBO, and multiple M&A events and a private equity exit. Orchestrated and was very involved in the production of The Millionaires Holiday Club, shown on BBC.

Invested in Acai Outdoorwear in 2019 and became chair in 2022 supporting the business growth and raising investment capital via Growth Partners.

Active angel investor and supporter of female entrepreneurs and initiatives. Loves to work with high energy ambitious teams to help them realise their goals and have fun in the process.

Dez Derry

As Founder and CEO of Blume, Dez Derry has grown the business from a fledgling start-up to a fast growing, multi-million-pound, tech-enabled service provider.

Over the past year, Dez has led Blume through two rounds of private equity funding, completed its first acquisition, doubled in headcount and turnover, and set out a strategic plan for turnover to reach £30 million by 2024.

In November 2023, Blume completed a landmark deal with PE giant Sun European Partners, in a move to further accelerate its growth in the legal services market by partnering with a strong capital partner with access to over £8bn in funds.

This followed hot on the heels of Dez’s first round of private equity funding from Rockpool Investments, which helped fast-track Blume’s ambitious growth plans and acquisition programme. The funding provided additional capital to expand its technology and product offering, organically and via strategic acquisitions.

Things have come a long way since Blume started as mmadigital in 2012 – a one-man full-service digital marketing agency building websites, creating video content, and delivering multi-media campaigns for law firms.

Dez is extremely proud to be heading up one of the UK’s leading customer acquisition specialists in the legal services space. A trusted partner to over 150 law firm clients and employer of a multi-skilled team of more than 100 people with offices in West Didsbury and Liverpool.
