    Inside Look

What we love: A dedicated pillow menu with a range of options

The rooms at the Ikos Oceania have a colour scheme that matches the shades of the neighbouring Aegean Sea. With a view of the sea from out of the floor-to-ceiling windows, these nature-inspired rooms spark a sense of freedom and openness – you can even see the National Park Mount Olympus from some of the bedrooms!

“Evenings began with watching the Sun set over Mount Olympus whilst sipping on Mimosa’s before having dinner in the wonderful restaurants on site.” Steph Jackson

For getting that well-needed rest during your stay, there’s a dedicated pillow menu that lets you pick your preferred style of pillow. Been swimming? Freshen up with complimentary Anne Semonin luxury bathroom products, then help yourself to a cold drink from the minibar, which is replenished daily with branded spirits.

The Deluxe Suites and Family Suites will see that you don’t miss out on family time, offering open plan areas, a separate living area, and your own private gardens.

    Taste the Luxury

What we love: Inclusive dine out experiences

What’s on the menu at the Ikos Oceania? Well, not only do you get meals prepared by worldwide recognised chefs from inside the hotel, but you also get to take advantage of the Ikos Dine Out Experience. So if a meal out is tickling your tastebuds, you can head to a restaurant in Halkidiki and order traditional Mediterranean dishes accompanied by a chilled bottle of local speciality wine.

Back at the hotel, the exotic aromas of the restaurants let you make their mind up about what type of cuisine you want to try each night. Worldwide recognised chefs, such as Lefteris Lazaurou and Chef Thiou, have their very own eating establishments. Famed for her handmade ravioli and crayfish, Thiou puts her own unique spin on Thai and Asian cuisine at the Anaya restaurant.

    Immerse Yourself

What we love: An on-the-house spa massage

If your little ones are full of energy, and you’re in the mood to relax, you can drop them off at Kids’ Club whilst you pop to the spa for your complimentary neck and back massage. What stands out for us about the Ikos Oceania is that seasoned swimmers can enjoy a workout in the swim-jet pool, which creates a challenging undercurrent, then go get a massage!

Since the Ikos Oceania is a beach resort, which means there is plenty of fun to be had upon the wispy yellow sands of Psakoudia Beach that backs onto the far-reaching Toronean Gulf. You can choose from a variety of activities such as wind surfing, canoeing, snorkelling and swimming. Group activities like volleyball will get you mingling and making friends along the coastline – that’s for shore! Or if you’d appreciate some downtime, you can always head to one of the adult-only pool areas on the beach.

“There’s an adult-only area on the beach and an adult-only hotel pool, which we loved. Lots of beachside water sports and very helpful attendants.” Chris Lloyd
